Caesarea South Power Plant Ltd. is in the process of building a power plant at the southern Caesarea Industrial zone site.
The power plant will implement a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) technology based on a Gas Turbine. The power plant's capacity will be up to 14 MWe and up to 5 steam ton per hour.
Caesarea South Power Plant is located at the north of Israel, approximately 110 km from Jerusalem.
The power plant will supply all electricity and energy consumption of consumers located in the southern Caesarea Industrial zone. Any surplus electricity will be sold to other electricity consumers via the IEC grid.
Caesarea Industrial Zone:
The Caesarea Industrial Zone is comprised of two industrial zones, north and south, and covers approximately 350 hectares with more than 180 companies based on its premises.
