Caesarea North Power Plant Ltd. is in the process of building a power plant at the northern Caesarea Industrial zone site.
The power plant will implement a Combined Cooling, Heat and Power (CCHP) technology based on a Gas Turbine. The power plant's capacity will be up to 14 MWe, up to 5 steam ton per hour and up to 500 refrigeration ton per hour.
Caesarea North Power Plant is located at the north of Israel, approximately 110 km from Jerusalem.
The power plant will supply all electricity and energy consumption of consumers located in the northern Caesarea Industrial zone. Any surplus electricity will be sold to other electricity consumers via the IEC grid.
Caesarea Industrial Zone:
The Caesarea Industrial Zone is comprised of two industrial zones, north and south, and covers approximately 350 hectares with more than 180 companies based on its premises.
